Methods of collaboration:

1) Package 1: PROVIDE PURCHASE INQUIRY INFORMATION (IMPORTER)

-  A PURCHASE INQUIRY  is a request to purchase a specific product, corresponding to an opportunity to export goods abroad as stipulated by law.

- The PURCHASE INQUIRY information will be sent via email or through the Vietnam-Made.com website, including the partner's full contact information and specific purchase requirements.

- Number of  PURCHASE INQUIRY requests : This will depend on the specific product and current market conditions. Vietnam-Made commits to a minimum of 2-4  PURCHASE INQUIRY requests per month, with no maximum limit.

- Quality of information  in PURCHASE INQUIRIES: Vietnam-Made  will be responsible for the quality of the information provided to your business.

- Service fee for providing information  on PURCHASE INQUIRY FORM :

 Service fee:  

- 3 months, 3000 USD (+10% TAX)

- 6 months, 6000 USD (+10% TAX)

Additional charges:

1% of the FOB value of successful import contracts for products listed in the Agricultural Product Purchase Inquiry.  

2% of the FOB value of successful import contracts for products not included in the Agricultural Product Purchase Inquiry. 

2) Package 2: PROVIDE CONSULTATION (EXPORTER)

After signing the above-mentioned PURCHASE INQUIRY INFORMATION package, if your company lacks experience in exporting, you can use this additional package to have Vietnam-Made staff, who have expertise and experience, advise, guide, and support your company in transactions with PURCHASING PARTNERS.

The package are as follows: 

- We advise your company on how to conduct transactions with purchasing partners via email, WhatsApp, etc., providing information related to export orders such as quality, price, and insights into your company's strengths and weaknesses.

- We will guide your company on how to provide customer service and focus on key orders so that your company can secure export contracts as soon as possible.

- We advise your company on payment terms, export contract details, freight transportation, and assist in direct meetings with purchasing partners.

Service fee:

3000 USD / 3 months (+ 10% TAX)

6000 USD / 6 months (+ 10% TAX)

Additional charges:

3% of the FOB value of successful export contracts for products listed in the Agricultural Product Purchase Inquiry.  

4% of the FOB value of successful export contracts for products not included in the Agricultural Product Purchase Inquiry.
